These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a contract between you and Painters4Hire, doing business as Painters4Hire ("we," "us," "our"), covering your use of painters4hire.com (the "Site"). By using the Site or submitting an estimate request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are versioned. When you submit an estimate request, we record which version of these Terms was in effect at that moment (version tou-v1.0, effective 2026-07-15), together with the date, time, and IP address of your submission, so the exact terms you agreed to are preserved.

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Site and request services. The Site is offered for residential home-services inquiries in TN and nearby areas.

Any customer reviews or testimonials shown on the Site are from real customers. Photographs presented as our completed work show work actually performed by Painters4Hire; any illustrative or stock imagery is not presented as our own completed work.

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site; no scraping or automated data collection without permission; no submitting false information or another person's information without authorization; and no unlawful use.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows, except for any warranties that cannot be excluded under TN law.

Our service is AI-assisted and a human team member reviews every quote, invoice, and commitment before it is sent to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by TN law, Painters4Hire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TN, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
